Thank you for your interest and purchase of Fem Gem Greeting Videos! Please contact us with any questions regarding this refund policy. If you disagree with this refund policy, we prefer you do NOT purchase any items from this website.

Our refund policy is as follows:

All purchases our final. The reason for this policy is because there is no way to verify that a video sent to a customer arrived corrupted or did not arrive at the desired digital address. We strive for complete satisfaction however. So we are eager to correct any problems such as a corrupted file or a file that did not arrive by having the customer contact us at: info@femgemgreetings.com.

We will provide a new replacement MP4 video file of the videos in question and send via text or email at the customer’s request, after verification of their purchase.

All customer information such as items purchased, email, text address, etc. is completely confidential. We will NEVER SHARE their information with anyone.
